Your details.
Not our next growth hack.
This note explains how this Ground Game Labs marketing website handles information you share when applying for the Ground Score pilot.
What we collect
The pilot form collects your name, work email, MSP or company name, role, optional message, and your consent to be contacted. We store your application and its submission time. Please don’t include passwords, sensitive customer data, or security findings in the message field.
What we use it for
We use application details to assess pilot fit and contact you about Ground Score and the next steps for this pilot. An application does not create a paid subscription or enroll you in an automated outreach sequence. Authorized people working on the pilot, including our go-to-market partner Channel Pipeline where needed, may review the details to coordinate that conversation.
How the site operates
The website uses managed hosting, private database storage, and operational notifications to the project owner when an application is submitted. Website-level analytics may collect technical usage information. The Sales Theater Translator runs in your browser; it does not send translations to an AI provider. Its copy button writes the displayed translation to your clipboard only when you click it.
Access and your choices
Pilot applications are not displayed publicly. You can decline contact by not submitting the form, or ask us to correct or remove your application when we contact you. This initial pilot website does not yet offer a self-service deletion portal. Submitting the same email again does not update or delete your original application. We keep applications for pilot coordination and review whether they are still needed as the pilot develops.
Your Ground Game Plan
The calculator runs in your browser. It stores your editable draft on this device using browser local storage; it does not create a calculator customer record in our database. Reset replaces that draft with the default plan. Do not enter confidential details on shared devices. Downloaded PDF, CSV and JSON reports include the optional personalization fields you entered.
Share links embed your rates, capacity, start date and optional economics assumptions in the URL. Company, website, contact and coach fields are excluded by default. If you explicitly include them, anyone with the link can read them; the URL is an encoded configuration, not an encrypted private record. URLs may appear in browser history, hosting logs and the email or social service you choose. Email and LinkedIn buttons open your own compose tools; they do not automatically send or publish anything.
Product-preview boundaries
Risk-intelligence samples use fictional, illustrative data. The Ground Game Plan calculator produces directional forecasts from your inputs, not actual prospect or security records. This website does not perform a live domain assessment, security audit, or breach-account lookup. The future Ground Score application will need its own product-specific privacy information before it handles real assessments.
