WHY THIS GROUND GAME WORKS
Find the date. Earn the conversation.
From 338 suspects, your first recon visits identify 149 unique MSP-qualified targets—your Dream 200 pool. Across two date-discovery attempts at 16%, the initial cycle captures 42 renewal dates.
Confirmed MSP targets without a date cool down for six months, then return as known-MSP leads. Recycling contributes 30 more dates, without counting those companies twice. Approaching inside the 3-month buying window, at 33% meeting conversion, projects 24 discovery meetings by plan end.

No unique-suspect inflation: recycled and retry activity stays attached to the same MSP-qualified targets. Those return visits increase activity, not the unique-suspect count.

DIY or solo-provider outcomes exit this MSP prospecting flow and are not recycled as qualified MSP targets.

No usable provider outcome. This lane exits the modeled MSP flow rather than being treated as a new qualified target.

First renewal dates22 projected
Renewal or buying-window dates discovered on the first date-discovery opportunity.

Second visits213 projected
A planned return attempt to the same qualified target. It is not a new suspect or an additional qualification.

Second renewal dates20 projected
Renewal or buying-window dates discovered from the second planned visit.
Qualified targets enter the planned cooldown
Cooldown entries178 projected
Completed second attempts that did not find a date enter a fixed six-month cooldown. A target can enter again in a later cycle; this is a count of entries, not additional unique companies.
Targets return for the recycle cycle
Recycle cycle
Repeat activity on existing qualified targets only.
Recycled visits104 projected
Follow-up visits after cooldown. These are return visits on the same target pool and do not add new unique suspects.
Recycled renewal dates30 projected
Dates captured during recycled follow-up activity. Each captured date can create one timed buying-window approach.
Captured dates reach their buying window
Buying-window visits72 projected
Timed approaches made when a captured renewal or buying window arrives within this projection horizon.
Buying-window conversations convert to meetings
Meetings24 projected
Projected meetings booked from buying-window approaches. 10 projected meetings come from the recycled portion of the flow.

NO BLACK BOX UNDERGROUND
Know what this model assumes.
Timing, rounding and capacity rules
52 planning weeks (364 days), reported as a 12-month forecast; weekends excluded, public holidays not modeled.
Selected field days are deterministic: Monday, Wednesday, then Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as additional days are enabled. All Monday-Friday dates count as business days; capacity is selected field days × walk-ins per day.
Every found date creates one buying-window approach. Dates use the reference 52-offset renewal distribution with lower offsets filled first, which can front-load approaches for small cohorts.
Known MSP targets receive two date attempts per cycle. A second miss waits a fixed 26-week cooldown before returning as a known MSP; recycled activity never adds unique suspects or MSP-qualified targets.
Visit queues are handled weekly in this priority: buying-window approaches, second attempts, then first/recycled attempts. Rates are deterministic cohort projections with integer rounding, not observed customer records. Monthly rows allocate those weekly visits to selected business-day capacity.
The provider and unique-MSP split is an aggregate estimate from completed first recon visits. Date routing rounds each weekly cohort separately, so small rounding differences between the qualification estimate and routed counts are possible.
Remaining new and recycled targets keep separate origins. Unlike the reference's mixed-queue shortcut, unworked new targets are never silently reclassified as known MSPs; large constrained scenarios may differ from the original reference.
Automatic pool sizing uses a bounded integer search. When capacity and recycling make yield nonmonotonic, it compares a bounded range of pools and refines the best candidate; it does not promise a global optimum. Increasing capacity can be more useful than adding suspects.
This is a directional planning model, not a promise of meetings or revenue. Actual results depend on your territory, offer, execution, follow-up speed and the quality of the conversations you create.
